Once the medical team reviews your health data and determines the appropriate treatment pathway, a personalized care plan is provided. This includes the required stay duration in Seoul and a daily schedule. Our coordination team assists with travel planning information to ensure a smooth and confident preparation process, focusing on both physical and mental readiness before entering the regenerative medicine phase.

Upon arrival in Seoul, clients receive services at the EHL Cell Center, located in the EHL Building, Apgujeong, Gangnam. This facility is specifically designed to support advanced regenerative medicine innovations. Under the supervision of MD Hong-gi Lee and a research team of over 85 members, this center is the core of operations regulated by Korea’s Advanced Regenerative Bio Act.

Here, clients undergo detailed physical examinations and cell collection (such as from adipose tissue or urine, depending on the treatment plan). All procedures are performed in a highly clean and safe environment to ensure the highest quality starter cells for subsequent cultivation and development in our international-standard laboratories.

A key strength of EHL BIO is its Class 100 GMP-standard production facility, capable of producing up to 6,000 lots per year. Cells collected from clients undergo isolation and cultivation using specialized technology that yields high cell counts and excellent viability rates.

During the cultivation process, which may take approximately 4 weeks (for products like ADSTEM), the team maintains strict quality control according to MFDS standards. Additionally, for those choosing to bank cells for the future, we utilize a liquid nitrogen storage system at -196°C to maintain cell stability for future use. This precise process ensures that the resulting cell therapies are pure and highly effective.

Post-Service Care and Follow-up in Thailand

After completing the scheduled treatment plan, clients return to Thailand with ongoing coordination from EHL Thailand. Healthcare does not end in Korea; it extends to follow-up monitoring of treatment outcomes and general health after returning home.
